Welcome to Propertyviews.org - Northern Ireland’s only online property discussion forum.

A place where anyone can ask a question, get an answer or simply share their views and opinions on all matters related to The Province’s buoyant property market.

Feel free to browse other people's comments. Click the NI Property Forum link above to enter.

However if you would like to respond or start a new discussion thread you will need to register with us first.

Only registered users can post to the Forum thereby ensuring the quality of the site by keeping spammers out.

To become a registered member of Propertyviews.org is free. We only require a username of your choice, a password of your choice and a valid email address. Once registered you will be able to reply to other people's posts and start new discussion threads within any of the forums.

Registration Process

1. Enter the Forum Index page by clicking the NI Property Forum link above or via the homepage.

2. At the top of the page you will find a menu, click Register.

3. Agree to the terms and conditions of use.

4. Enter a Username, Password and valid email address of your choice. There rest of the questions are non-compulsory.  Enter the Conformation Code you see displayed on the screen and then click Submit at the bottom of the page.

5. Your Username and password will be confirmed in an email sent to your chosen address.

6. Once the site Administrator approves your Registration you will be sent a confirmation email. You won't be able to login and make posts until approval has taken place. Don't worry, we approve new users several times a day so it will only be a few hours at most before you can Login for the first time.

Using the Forums

On the menu at the top of the Forum Index page click Login, enter your username and password and your off!

Once Registered you can login and make posts anmd new discussion threads as often as you like. You comments will go live immediately. Remember to stay within the terms and conditions of use when posting.

Click the Forum Topic of interest and then click New Topic to start a new discussion thread.

To reply to someone elses comment click the Topic of your choice and then click reply.
